Frame is in excellent working condition. These have been used during our  home shows, and the only damage will be cracks that are not visible when a poster is inserted. These cracks in the plastic backing do not effect the beauty of the display at all. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we would be glad to accept the frame back for a full refund (return shipping on these items generally runs about $35).
