Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We make returns easy!  Your satisfaction is our priority.  You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs for domestic orders if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)   Nest products ,Dyson products,  or any smart home item that has been opened will be charged a 20% re-stock fee as we will no longer be able to re-sell these items as new. 

We know your money is important! We do our best to issue refunds as soon as possible.  You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 6 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange within 1 business day with instructions on how to proceed.

Unfortunately, we can not reimburse shipping on  the following:
- Foreign Orders
- NEST , Hoover, or Dyson products that have been opened and/or used.
- Orders older than 30 days 
- Items that have been destroyed or damaged due to user error.


We ship most products purchased before 3PM EST the same day. Our warehouse is located in Gainesville, FL and can reach any address in the USA through next-day courier or regular USPS ground shipping.  We use Fedex Express service for all our expedited deliveries.  Please note that Fedex does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays.  We use the United States Postal Service for all standard deliveries. Please note that the US Postal Service does not operate on Sundays.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We do ship to Canada and most international addresses. To get a shipping quote, please add the item you want to your shopping cart and click the "estimate shipping and taxes" link.  Please note that your country may charge additional duties and customs taxes.  These will be your responsibility to pay upon receipt.
